2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Minor variations in color, grain, or texture due to the natural nature of teak wood.

• Custom-made or personalized furniture.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or self-repair attempts.

3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

• In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
