• Shipping Time: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on select products or during special promotions.

• Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment.

• Delays: While we ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistic issues may cause delays.

Return & Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable.
